The client is a very appreciated craftspeople in the local furniture business, and wanted to expand his portfolio and industrial capacity, so this development required an efficient space for the workshop, and also a showroom for the furniture and clients.

The small opening of the plot towards the main street made the design even more difficult, but also challenging, and the outcome fully satisfied the customer.
