Situated in the historic center of the city the development is comprised of two buildings, one multifunctional urban house in the street front and another collective housing block situated towards the back of the proprety. The urban house contains office spaces and it’s designed respectfully to the buildings around. It is a normal L typology with a circulation at the middle. The façade is clad in stone and render which relates to the neighbouring old house.
The collective housing block is a long building with two staircases and 34 apartments. It is part brick part render in order to have a human scale. It has ample terraces for a different types of living. Site integration and architectural lighting were an important aspect of the project.
