The plot is situated on the outskirts of the city, but in an area of new development, which completes large residential blocks built in the ‘70s and ‘80s.
The L-shaped building has the maine façade aligned to the street, and mirrors the height of the opposite buildings, to form a gate, being on a street that enters the city.

Urban relation to the environment, shading the surroundings, green areas and large windows for natural illumination were taken into consideration to compose the development.
